Preview Questions on Hi5 Online Entry Form
This webpage provides a preview of the questions that you will be asked and the details that need to be provided when completing the online entry form for the Hi5 eLearning Awards 2010.
For clarification, the Nominator will be treated as the organisational contact for each project submission. The Principal Nominee is the person being put forward for an award. For team submissions, you can provide contact details for an additional four Team Nominees (making five nominees in all). Nominators can nominate themselves, in which case we ask you to repeat your contact details in the principal nominee section.
