Entry
To enter, candidates must complete the online entry form and submit evidence as described in detail below. Please read this page carefully before completing the online entry form. As you need to complete the online entry form in one sitting, we recommend that you preview the questions first before starting your application.

Evidence
In addition to completing the online entry form, applicants will be required to submit evidence in one or more of the following formats:
- A Word or Text document
- A Video File
- An Audio File
- Screen Casts
- A PowerPoint Presentation
- The system or learning product itself
- Logon access rights to online systems or evidence
Whichever format(s) you choose, please ensure that your files profide sufficient detail to allow the judges to assess your project fairly. You must ensure that any evidence is sent to the RSC SE as soon as possible once the online application form is completed.
Sending Files
Evidence files can be sent to us via email or post (on a CD, DVD or memory stick) using the contact details below. It is highly recommended that you use recorded delivery when sending entries by post. If your email system prevents the transfer of large files, consider using the various websites such as yousendit and DropSend that allow you to send large files electronically for free.
