Can I submit more than one application?
Yes. There are no restrictions (within reason) to the number of entries submitted by an organisation, individual or team.
Is there a limit to the number of people in a team?
No. However, the RSC SE can only limit the number of Award Ceremony invitations, certificates and engraved stars to a maximum of five in each team (hence the online entry form only requires contact details for a maximum of five nominees).
Can I change an application after submission?
Yes and No. You cannot change the details supplied in your online entry form once you have submitted it. However, if you need to make changes, you can always submit another entry but please inform the RSC SE first so that we can delete the original submission to avoid confusion.
Can 2009 Hi5 Winners or Runners Up enter this year’s Hi5 eLearning Awards?
Yes. Providing you are submitting a different project.
Can I submit the same project as last year?
Yes. Providing the project was not selected as a Winner or Runner Up in last year’s Hi5 Awards. We positively encourage re-submissions from nominees who were unsuccessful last year, especially if there have been developments with the project itself or the evidence you wish to provide.
Do I have to provide evidence in addition to completing the online entry form?
Yes. The entry form is only half the application process. You must also supply evidence files separately by email or post (on CD, DVD or memory stick). The judges will deem your entry incomplete if you only submit an entry form.
