John Potter will examine the changing nature of IT security in an educational environment. Topics include:
- The changing nature of the network
- New threats requiring new solutions
- Securing user-supplied devices
In addition, he will introduce the Balanced Security Review. This is a self-assessment tool covering the core security areas that learning providers need to address. It is intended to map the organisational security response and highlight areas for detailed examination.
