Half-Day Workshop for the Becta Generator Tool
Date: 17th February 2010 (9:15am to 1:00pm)
Venue: Quarrendon & Meadowcroft Community Centre, Buckinghamshire Adult Learning, 143 Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, HP19 3HH
The online Generator tool, developed by Becta, can be used by organisations in a variety of ways. Whether to quickly identify any major areas in need of further development, create a departmental approach to measuring progress (or isolate impediments), or use the system to involve and motivate staff in e-developments across the organisation, the Generator tool can assist curriculum heads and managers at all levels.
This half-day workshop, offered by the JISC RSC SE in conjunction with Becta, will provide advice and ideas on how to get the best from the Generator for your organisation. While there will be support for representatives from any provider that has yet to register for the tool, most of the workshop will be devoted to the system’s more advanced uses.
