The RSC South East invites you to the latest in its series of Monday@1pm, our regular free Online Seminars aimed at practitioners in FE, HE, WBL and ACL across the South East region held at 1pm on Mondays. The topic for Monday, 8th February 2010 will be:
Developing a Second Life Build
Pauline Randall, Managing Director of virtual-e Ltd
This online webinar will take a brief look at how a Second Life build goes from idea to completion. I mean, it’s pretty straightforward, isn’t it? Decide on the design and build it. I’ll be looking at taking the original ideas, finding out what will work and what won’t work and then bringing them together into a cohesive space and also talking about some of the things that you need to consider when creating a virtual space.
Speaker
Pauline Randall is an avid builder of Second Life spaces, freely stating that she spends way too long looking at real life buildings and trying to work out how best to take them into Second Life.
Audience
Academic Staff, Lecturers, Learning Support Staff, Technical Staff and SMT
This Online Seminar will go live at 12:45pm.
