About the RSC SE
The JISC Regional Support Centre South East (RSC SE) provides support for:
- Further Education
- Higher Education (including HE in FE)
- Adult and Community Learning
- Specialist Colleges
- Work Based Learning
The RSC SE works together with other RSC’s, regional and national organisations to provide advice on:
- Technical infrastructure and systems development
- Development and implementation of staff development programmes
- Embedding e-learning in the curriculum
- Effective use of library management systems
- Development of information skills programmes
This is achieved through the provision of:
- Forums
- Visits
- Events
- RSC helpdesk

The Consortium
The RSC SE is managed by a Consortium of three institutions: University of Kent, University of Surrey, and Farnborough College of Technology.
The JISC and the RSC
The Joint Information Services Committee (JISC) funds the work of the RSC’s to provide support to learning providers on a local level.
